Dr. Emi Membere-Otaji, a medical doctor turned businessman is a 1983 graduate of the University of Lagos Medical School and has taken courses at the Lagos Business School. He is a member and a recipient of the “Award of Excellence” of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Dr. Emi Membere-Otaji who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Elshcon Nigeria Limited and P.M.C. Nigeria Limited was a former commissioner and Special Adviser to the Rivers State Government. He was Chairman West African Glass Industry Plc. He is also a Director of Wetlands Health Services (Health Insurance), and Council Member, Port Harcourt Chamber Of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA).

Dr. Emi Membere-Otaji who enjoys reading biographies, listening to Christian and jazz music is a member of both the Port Harcourt Polo and Golf clubs.

He is the Chairman of the Board. 

Mr. B.O. Odu holds a first Degree in History from the Imo state University. He also holds the Associate ship of the chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN), and has done the masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Uyo. He is also an Associate member of the National Institute of Marketing (AMNIM).

Mr. Odu started his Insurance career with the Universal Insurance Company limited from where he moved to MINET Insurance Brokers. He later became the Insurance officer of Nigeria – Arab Bank (now Assurance Bank). He moved on to assume the position of head of marketing at Royal property and Casualty Assurance (now Royal Trust Assurance).

Mr. Odu, from here joined Standard Alliance Insurance as the pioneer head of brokers marketing unit and rose to become the Regional Director in charge of Eastern operations. He later rose to the position of General Manager Operations and corporate services.

Mr. Odu, a Rotarian, has over fifteen years unbroken experience in the Insurance Industry spanning underwriting, claims management, business development and strategy, product packaging, broking, reinsurance and consultancy.

He is the Vice Chairman and Chief executive officer. 

Mr. Otubambo  holds the Diploma in Business Administration from the Lagos State Polytechnic together with the postgraduate diploma in Business Studies from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology.  He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology.  Mr. Otubambo, a Chartered Banker has at various times worked with Power Trim Nigeria Limited as Finance Manager, Maiden shipping line, and Glanvills Insurance Brokers.

He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, and a member of the National Institute of Marketing.

He is also a member of the chartered institute of Marketing Berkshire (UK).  Mr. Otubambo has over eighteen years experience in management and financial consulting. 

Mr. Umeh holds the Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic, Owerri. He started his career with the shulumberger group and later in partnership with some professional colleagues, set up Drillog-Petrodynamics, one of the biggest indigenous Oil Service Companies that specializes in drilling and production waste management.

He is currently the Chairman/Chief Executive of Petrobase Nigeria Limited in Port Harcourt.  Mr. Martin Umeh has over eighteen years un-broken experience in the oil industry.

Mrs. C.V. Onoh holds a first degree in English & Literary Studies/Education from the University of Calabar.  She also holds a diploma in computer programming from the data-training institute, Enugu. She started her career with Stallion Assurance Company Limited, Lagos from where she moved to Olympia Insurance where she worked in the marketing and reinsurance departments.

She was formerly the national sales manager of O’lix’j’ Nigeria Limited sole importers and distributors of one of the highest brands of copier papers in Nigeria ‘REPORT’.

She is currently an executive director with Business Support and Logistics Limited, a company engaged in the supply and distribution of office equipment and stationeries, in addition to manpower training/development and consultancy.

Mrs. C.V. Onoh. A seasoned and experienced Marketing/Sales Executive has attended many courses in Sales, Business Development and Consumer Behaviour.

She has over ten years consummate experience in the finance and general enterprise sectors.
