- Mr. Okey Odu holds a first Degree in History from the Imo State University, Nigeria. He also holds the Associate ship of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN), and has done the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Uyo, Nigeria. He is also an Associate member of the National Institute of Marketing (AMNIM)
- Mr. Odu started his Insurance career with Universal Insurance Company Limited from where he moved to MINET Insurance Brokers. He later became the Insurance officer of Nigeria-Arab Bank (later Assurance Bank). He moved to assume the position of head of marketing at Royal Property and Casualty Assurance (later Royal Trust Assurance).
- Mr. Odu, from here joined Standard Alliance Insurance as the pioneer head of brokers marketing unit and rose to become the Regional Director in charge of Eastern operations. He later rose to the position of General Manager Operations and corporate services.
- Mr. Odu, has over eighteen years unbroken experience in the insurance industry spanning underwriting, claims management, business development and strategy, product packaging, broking, reinsurance and consultancy.
He is the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

- Mr. Philip Mba holds the Diploma in insurance and a Higher Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria. He started his career with Nike Lake Resort Limited, Enugu and later joined International Standard Insurers Ltd, Enugu. He later moved to African Development Insurance Co. Ltd., Enugu. Mr. Mba is quite versatile in insurance underwriting, claims adjustment and credit control.
He is currently our head of operations.

Mr. Linus Igbudu holds a BSc (HONS) in accounting from the Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. He also holds the Masters in business administration degree (MBA) in Financial Management from the University of Technology, Owerr. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Administration federal(ACIA).
Mr. Igbudu started his career as a marketing manager at industrial Flavours and Colours (IFC) Ltd. From where he moved on to become General Manager of Activelinks International and then to AIICO Insurance Plc as Unit Manager.
He has an in-depth knowledge of financial, accounting, marketing and administrative issues including market development and strategic planning with over 15 years working experience.
He heads our Lagos/western Operations.

- Mr. Chiedu Unomah holds the Higher Diploma in Polymer Technology from the Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. He worked briefly
with Wisdom International School from where he joined Niger Insurance Plc (Life Department).
Mr. Chiedu is quite experienced in general Administration, Life insurance products packaging, Underwriting and Marketing.

- Miss Aderonke salako holds a B.Tech (hons) degree in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Technology minna, Nigeria. She had at various times worked with Sir yahaya memorial hospital Birnin Kebbi and Mantrac CAT before joining Industrial and General Insurance (IGI) as a marketing executive.
She heads our retail/general enterprise department.

- Mr. Kinsley onwuneme holds the Bachelor of Science in geography and planning. Before joining Bsl Insurance, He had at various times worked with the Nigeria Port Authority, Port Harcourt and the National Population Commission. Mr. Onwuneme is vastly experienced in personal management and general administration.
He heads our Corporate Service Unit.
